We waited for 45 minutes. The serves were extremely rude and we ended up leaving with out being seated. Worst experience of my life.
After the post, I visited this place again, two weeks after. I mentioned I am expecting a better service this time so I can edit the last review. In general, the food is acceptable among others in the area. We ordered the kimchi tofu soup, a fried glass noodle and BBQ. Unfortunately, this restaurant still refuse to pack the leftover for us. But this time the other server used a better tone so I will give one more star for this place. 1+1=2
Server denied our request for packing our food, when I paid like 20% tips for dinner. The conversation was like: "Do you want to package this for us." He was like: "You can package yourself, is there any problem?" I was shocked about the service. Maybe last time visit this place until they change attitude.
Best Korean spot around! Amazing food, it was mouth watering fresh, healthy. Very attentive and friendly staff. Most items on the menu come with authentic Korean side dishes (ban chan). Amazing Kim chi! I love it here. I do wish the prices were lower.
Just only one grill plate is served when ordering BBQ.
This place was great! I've lived in Korea and I'm always looking for authentic Korean food. This restaurant was wonderful. The oxtail BBQ was just incredible and I loved the panjeon.
I have been many Korean BBQ restaurants in Korea and NYC, but I never saw and heard that just one grill is served. If the plate is burnt, they take it to the kitchen and cook it. Better sit in normal table, and just order BBQ, and then let them cook it in their kitchen. When customers ask the qualities about meats to the owner, basically if owners have nice owner mind, it's easy to explain about what they serve and which one is more fresh to be honest, instead of showing uncomfortable feature to customers. There is no say good bye, just only say hi in this restaurant. I will never go there anymore. They should learn what feedback is between customers and owner, and how the feedback can affect and improve to business.
