Staff ignorant, cold fries most visits. Be sure to ask for salt and ketchup, or you won't get it through drive through. Then when you do they had a whole handful and picked out two for me... I said are you rationing ketchup. Give me 5 please. CHEAP AND IGNORANT. I wont be going back. FIVE GUYS FOR ME. TA HELL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Filling. I am full and happy. Love my cheap dessert 50 cent, the white frosty. They are have some great deals for people on a budget.
Went to the Wendy's in Amherst N.Y. and had the longest worst service. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and waited 20 minutes at the drive through 5 of which was spent at the first window waiting until my money was taken and didnt happen until i beeped my horn and another15 minutes waiting for my food which came out cold and the French fries were obviously the bottom of the barrel. These guys suck
One of our worst fast food experiences. I'm not much for reviewing, but I wanted others to know so they don't make the same mistake in choosing here. When we first walked in the customer ahead of us said she had been waiting in the drive thru line and after several minutes of no one responding she came inside to order. This was at 11am and her and my husband and I were the only people in the restaurant. Now the workers were very friendly, but things were sloppy. When ordering chili they didnt ask if we wanted onions/cheese on it (not the end of the world) like they have at all other Wendy's. When we got our food the chili was cold as was my chicken sandwich which was specially ordered. The bun was cold and didn't even appear to be toasted/warmed up. The chicken patty was cold and the extra pickles that I ordered for few and tasted funny. The carpets needed to be vacuumed as there was food in multiple areas and the tile had dried soda in several spots. One of the toilets in the women's bathroom was clogged with paper towels. The drink machine did not have ice, and none of the workers came to look at the machine or explain why it wasn't working after myself and another guy later on asked for ice due to it being broken. The workers again were friendly but seemed preoccupied in their own conversations to be taking care of the restaurant and serving adequate food. My husband and I left without finishing our meal and went next door to Mighty Tacos, such a better experience! Clean, quick, tasty food and the staff was much more present!!
