I have been once at the Salon, great people and very talented, but made since 2 other appointments and were never granted. One was denied and the other was never answered. I think the place only likes to deal with specific customers. Or, at least this is the impression they gave me. Not the best place if you are new client.

I have worked with Michael multiple times over the last 15 years. He and his staff give a great cut with expert, current advice on hair management. Seems like a small request, but as a woman with curly long hair, it is a true find to work with this team! Consistent excellent service, sets the bar on salon experiences. Thank you to the team. I live 60 minutes away from this studio or they would see me on a weekly basis.

I have been a customer at the salon for about 2-3 years. On my first visit Sue gave me an excellent cut and I have been her customer ever since. She provided the best cut I have ever had and continues to do so. She is very professional and friendly as are the other staff I have interacted with. I have moved to Florida but when back in Buffalo I always make time for an appointment with Sue.
