My fiancé bought a groupon before reading reviews but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. She tried to call during normal business hours and nobody answered. She quickly exchanged the groupon for a more reputable salon. Who just pushes away money? That's essentially what they're doing by not allowing her to book an appointment.
Unprofessional. Attempted to use a Groupon. Contacted them multiple times to try to schedule an appointment, each time I was told by person answering phone that someone would call me back to schedule, but calls were not returned. Finally gave up.
Great staff! They did a fantastic job with my hair! Absolutely worth the money! I will recommend this place to everyone I know.
I purchased a groupon for a massage and hand treatment at Heaven Salon and Spa. When I called and told them that I had a Groupon, they were rude and acted put out. They wouldn't schedule an appointment for me. Instead they took my name and groupon number and said that they would call me back. I never heard back from them. I called and left messages. I did not receive a callback. Luckily groupon refunded me groupon dollars that I can use for a different spa. After reading other reviews,I guess I'm better off.
If you have a groupon then they treat you differently I went from having an appointment may 2nd to it being may 20th cause I had a groupon and then I was told I was going to have to pay additional charges and they didn't even see what my hair was like. I traded my groupon in for a different salon because they aren't trying to bring in new clients, they are pushing them away.
