Chez Ann is the best salon in the Buffalo area. I absolutely love all of the people that work there, and I now go there for multiple services. Lately, their front desk staff has been a little off, but I am sure they will get it right.
I wish I could give them half a star! I walked in to Chez Ann salon asking if they could remove my sculpting gel and apply a new set as well as soak off my daughters tips. I wasn't expecting them to do it right then and there I would gladly have made an appointment for a later date or time. The receptionist was so rude. Answering me with a cold no we don't do acrylic! So I told her this is sculpting gel and she quickly said we don't do that either. I said and soaking off tips? No was the answer to that too. I just moved to Williamsville from New Jersey and thought I'll get someone as capable and professional as the nail salon I used to frequent. This was horrible unprofessional conversation because it was no service

I have been coming here for a few years now and absolutely love Chez Ann. I even brought a couple of friends and relatives to switch to Chez Ann, too. I have been going to Katelyn and she is a wonderful stylist. She never gives me a cut or a style that won't work for my hair and she is super knowledgeable on products, hair care, and what cuts/styles work for my face shape and hair type. Chez Ann uses great products and is a very clean and comfortable environment. I have never had any issues with booking, receptionists, etc. I love Chez Ann and will keep coming back! I went to Chez Ann for the first time to get my hair styled for prom. The stylist appeared confident when I showed her a picture of what I wanted, but the outcome wasn't anything close to the picture.
