The staff is great! Kind and compassionate! The office was professional and easy going.
It's just crazy that the physicians probably have no idea how horrible it is to deal with his staff members. Unfortunately everyone pays the price because of all the people that abuse their pain medications. It's a shame and it probably will only get worse.
I have never been with such a compassionate group of people! The nurses were so sweet and then Dr. Siddiqui was even more caring than I expected. He calmed me down and explained the whole process! What an amazing experience! I will go nowhere else!

Wonderful doctor, however you only will see his PA whom is not astute or compassionate in the least. The office manager is even worse. They do not look at their role as pain management providers and individualize patients histories, situations and medical diagnoses and symptomatology. They do not show any display that they enjoy patient care or their professions. It is sad when patients leave a practice when the doctor is outstanding but has no idea what is happening with the way his patients are being treated. The PA and Manager need a refresher course on the oath they took to work in the medical field and if they are going to throw terminology for medical guidelines they should ensure they know what they are referring to.
I have been going to Dr. Siddiqui for over 4 years. He and his staff - P.A.s, front desk and nurses alike - are compassionate, kind and professional. That really listen to what the patient needs! I have complete trust in their ability to manage my health and I would never go anywhere else!
