I would not recommend this doctor for pediatric patients. They had no patience with my toddler (who had chronic ear infections and had to get tubes so yeah, my kid was miserable). Also, when we had appointments with the doctor, he would send in his assistant and no one would ever really LOOK at her ears. They also tried to charge me for an appointment that THEY cancelled. I had to BEG the office manager to cancel that charge. For an older client, I'm sure they would have a better experience.
I asked for an urgent appointment and was accommodated. I found the staff friendly and helpful. My issue was handled professionally with good result. I have recommended several other people are ready to Dr. Paolini.
We recently had an experience where we were very concerned about an accident our daughter had that significantly affected her hearing. Dr. Paolini took incredible care of our daughter during a time that was of deep immediate concern to my wife and I. I would recommend Dr. Paolini to any parent that wants the highest quality healthcare and outstanding customer service for them and their child.
Both my daughters have seen Dr. Paolini since they were very young for treatment of ear infections, or other related concerns. The medical treatment has always been unparalleled, but moreover it has always been the bedside manner with our young children and the office's customer service that has stood out.
Dr. Paolini is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I have had two separate incidents that could have potentially been cancer Dr. Paolini and his staff were nothing but caring to my upset wife and myself. Dr. Paolini also did my surgery for one of the ailments and did a phenomenal job.
Been going to Paolini for about 14 years. He's an excellent doctor and as long as you care he does too. Would never want to see anyone else. The only negative, some of the front desk staff have an attitude.
