Roto-Rooter was fast and affordable. And their emergency service was just fantastic! I called at 10PM and by midnight everything was taken care of... it was such a relief! I very highly recommend them!
My husband called around 8:00AM this morning.He was told that they would be out within the hour,they where here within a hafe hour. The plumber was courteous and explain everything he was going to do.The problem was solved within 45 minutes. We would call them again if we ever have the need to.
Look no further-I would highly recommend Brian S. and his crew if you need any work done on your plumbing. We have used RR in the past and have been happy with their service and professionalism, but Brian and his crew hit it out of the park. Brian S. and the crew were: on time, (they were there when they said they would be!), professional, knowledgeable, courteous and all around great people. They explained everything to us, treated us with respect, did a FANTASTIC job and exceeded every expectation. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs plumbing work, big or small and am so glad to have met them. Thanks guys!
Did not want to deal with a water back up in my basement at 6am this moring. I bailed for about 8 buckets but realized it was a bigger problem. I called Root-Rooter Right away. I reached a person and someone was at my door by 8:45 and the problem was solved by 9:20. He did not make a mess, had slippers over his shoes and knew what he had to do and did it. PS. don't use bathroom wipes the do not dissolve even if they say they are flushable. We learned that today

My basement pipe plugged up. It had been acting up in the sense that it was running slowly since I had bought my house, but then it just stopped. I called expecting to hear that someone would be out Monday (it was Saturday afternoon) and they said that a technician would be out within the hour. The service was fast friendly, and most importantly, affordable. My drain is now working great!
