Came in today to play with a dog and to see a pug for 2,100 are you kidding I snoop around my family breeds dogs and to see that price is way too over price! The dog I played with was a black lab and it was sad afriad to play with me and scared if I went to go pet it? The pet had massive skin flakes and it was just over the point to shocking that the dog I was playing with was almost 3,000 you get them from top breeds I get that! If your going to have high prices at least make sure the dogs are comfy and not cramped up special a dog that is a lab! Great place though everybody is nice just saying
Yesterday I stopped by the store to look for a bunny which I was hoping to purchase soon. My younger brother who was with me obviously was more interested in the puppies and wanted to play with one. When we got in to play with the dog a older gentleman who appeared to be a manager, or at least had some authority in the store rudely told us we can not pull the dog off the ground by the toy in his mouth. Mind you we were just petting him at this point so I don't know why he was saying this. Within 2 minutes the dog became very hyper and would not stop biting us. I don't blame the dog for he is just a puppy and it is to be acpected. What makes me mad is that we clearly wanted to get out due to we were getting hurt but there were no employees around. This lasted for about 5 minutes of us just continuesly getting bitten until I finally asked another customer to please find an employee. The male employee came back with an attitude clearly annoyed we wanted out. When we were now out I lifted my sleeve to find scratched a many puncher marks, nothing major but hurt enough, and same goes for my brother. The man standing right next to me notice that I was In a little pain and decided to just walk away. Overall I'm just annoyed with the customer service and the lack of care that we wanted out and were getting hurt.
I could have cried when I saw those puppies in those small enclosed cubes. Some of those puppies are big and crammed in there. Staff made excuses to bring a puppy out so I could play with her even though I had no intentions of buying one. I just wanted her to stretch her legs. I could fund the same breed at the SPCA and not have the issues if i spent thousands of dollars. Shame on them for scamming their customers!!! I hate that place!!! Adopt!!!!
It’s a great place! We loved it so much! But, three things. The first thing, the puppies have such small cages! Poor things! Why all the smallness on them! They are innocent for everything they haven’t done anything. Second, you should let people pet any dog they want. We wanted to pet a Min Pin, but, they said that she was too young!! I played with a different dog younger than her!! That is not right! Kids should pet who they want to!! Think about that, please! Third, I over heard (not on purpose) and they saw the British Short-hair kitten, and guess what!? It was 1,400! That family wanted that kitten but, they couldn’t afford it! That isn’t fair!! I was going to give you four, but, I don’t think I can give you three like I was going to!
This is a good place with cute puppies and bunnies who want to play with my Paulie dolly. I hope they get their own Paulie to play with (and chew). Also the birds are so pretty! So many cute critters to fuss over!
