Love this theater. They play quality films, the seating is very comfortable (reclining seats are great) and there are less people at most showings than the big megaplex theaters. Quiet, comfortable with more interesting films. This theater is a real asset to the Williamsville Clarence area.
Recently renovated the seating is very comfortable, the sound is good as is the popcorn.
Great art house theater! Tuesdays are discount days.

The theater is a little hard to find the first time as you need to go around the back of the mall.
