In My Opinion, the unrealistic negative reviews are a shame.

I went to Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital because my surgeon liked their operating room out of all the hospitals he is affiliated with. From the time I entered, I was treated royally. The ER nurses were pleasant, competent and very instrumental in keeping me calm. My surgeon was beyond excellent--seriously, I had no pain after my operation. I felt some "discomfort" when I first got out of bed but then asked to stopped receiving pain meds. I still didn't feel any pain! The nurses and doctors and "even" the food service people were phenomenally friendly and had a great way of dealing with patients. My discharge nurse was wonderful and explained everything to me in understandable terms. I can't say enough good things about MFSH. BTW, my roommate was a delightful guy. Buffalo is lucky to have such a great facility.

That visit took two hours in total, from x-rays to CT scans, check in, check out and two PA visits. Not Bad At ALL considering I wanted them to the as through as possible.

My husband and I had our daughter there in July and the staff was beyond wonderful. Despite having some hiccups along the way, the staff was well equipped to handle any situation. They were so helpful and knowledgeable to prepare us for being first time parents. Even the food was pretty good!

That is what ER Triage is all about, "the assignment of degrees of urgency to wounds or illnesses to decide the order of treatment of a large number of patients or casualties."

Everyone there is professional, top of their game medical professionals.

I just had one day surgery. I found the experience very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The place very clean and I like how they text the person ur with to give updates or instructions! Overall they were great!

This is a busy place filled with sick and injured people. Of course some people are going to have to wait longer than others.

I delivered my son here 2 weeks ago. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone is patient, helpful and kind. They took care of me and my baby so well that I really appreciate. Thank you

I have been there twice in as many years, in fact just yesterday I took my teenage son there complaining of neck pain and rib pain after a basketball game.

I HIGHLY recommend this hospital and especially the ER staff.
