Like the previous review, you have to call and leave a VM, then they contact you back. I missed the follow up calls, so i called back, and hit " 0 ". A receptionist will answer, tell her you want to talk about getting traveler's shots and they will get you in touch with someone in the office. I would recommend calling tues- fri between 10 - 2 to get a live person.
By calling their normal line, you are put through directly to their voicemail. They say to leave a message and they will rspond within 3 days. I have never received a response in 3 days. You'll have to call repeatedly. After some research, I found another number where you get a human and then they try to transfer you, but if you let them know that you are not getting any response, they may take pity on you and take a message. The nurse (I think her name was Debbie???), I saw was great though.
Don't waste your time with this place. You have to leave a voicemail and they do not return your CALLS (multiple) !!!
