I am giving this rating specifically in reference to the manager Ben. I have no clue how he is a manager because he had no interest in helping out with a purchase issue. Basically laughed it off, and said I will not help you in any way. And you wonder why these stores are closing...Regardless, he was reported to corporate with a formal complaint, and the lady from the corporate office ended up helping me out where he refused. Sears needs to hire managers who know what they are doing.
Clean store with helpful employees. Since the Galleria Sears is closed now, it's nice that this one is still open.
