Very poor car wash... my car still smelling there dirty towel.. i was better off nit getting the wash from them.. terrible car wash ever.
Good for car washes. Interior cleaning is kinda lousy. Barely wiped down the dash on a 30min interior cleaning. Window cleaning is awful - always streaky.
Worker's smell like weed.. Never again. Gets worse each time I go. Terrible work done on oil change... Is it really necessary to spill oil all over my car. And then lie and say its normal?.unreal. . Lost my business.

This should be used as a learning experience for not only Delta Sonic, but for consumers who rush over things because they are in a hurry. So next time take the extra time to go over everything. Whether it be the employee doing the job or the customer paying, take a min to review before saying ok.
Don't bother spending your time or money on any of their detailing services. Spent $99 on their 1 hour expert detailing. Maybe their definition of expert is different then mine. Anyway, my car was finished in 40 minutes, which should have been the red flag. Nevertheless i had errands to run and was in a hurry. It wasn't until i returned to my car from my other errand i noticed how bad it was. My other errand being at the Walmart directly next to this Delta. So anyway... The seats still had coffee on the inner portions nearest the center console. The cup holders, which have rubber inserts in them, weren't pulled out and cleaned, so when i pulled them out, there was a pool of disgusting water leftover from the steam wand they(Delta Sonic) use. None of my windows were cleaned, inside or out, including the rear view mirror and side mirrors. It was at this time i also noticed the biggest "Do not do" in car cleaning, whomever cleaned my car used ArmorAll on my steering wheel. Please inform your employees that this is a huge safety hazard and should never be done. Its like putting on way to much hand lotion and going for a drive. Needless to say i had to go back over the already "detailed" car and then clean my steering wheel off to prevent any accidents from happening.
