Have been going there for at least 4 years getting my hair done. Whether hi kites or just a cut always satisfied with the service. Everyone there is super nice. Like going there very much. Would definitely recommend anyone to try it

First, the procedure went wrong and I ended up for days with a bruised, tender eyelid from the pulling (separating lashes that were superglued together is my guess). Second, those lashes didn't last three days--leaving me with a huge gap in the center of my eye. The surrounding lashes resembled bull horns. Not pretty.
Been with Kim (stylist) about 30 years. She is an excellent professional.

Stylist's with lots of attitude & self importance instead of being concerned about the customers stated dislikes in their color or hair style.
I had lashes applied April 16. My refill appointment was scheduled for May 7. There is nothing to refill--they've all fallen out and in a lot of cases, taken my own lashes with them. I canceled the appointment and learned through a serious of ridiculous and tedious mishaps how to apply lash strips until my lashes reappear. If I could have mastered falsies in the past, I wouldn't have needed lash inserts.
I asked for full lashes, I got long lashes. Not exactly the same and while I'm assured they were mink, there was nothing soft of lush about them at all. Instead, they looked a lot like spiky spider legs.
Only salon i ever was at where you have to pay & book your next appt with a soaking wet head & go searching for your wallet before your hair is even cut & blow dried & styled to satisfy "so busy" Stylists. Over Priced & not happy
